- Earphones or a headset with a microphone
Tip: Mac users — non-Apple earphones may reduce echo - A reliable internet connection for clear video & audio
- Laptop or tablet with browser access
- Recommended browsers: Firefox/Chrome
- iPad/Mac users: please use Safari
- Access to your scheduled lesson time in your online calendar
Before your first lesson
- Log in and confirm your session time
- Check your webcam and microphone are working
- Ensure your device is charged or plugged in
- Find a quiet space with minimal distractions
